About the Foundation

The Princess Máxima Center relies on funding to continue improving treatments for children with cancer. As you might know, standard medical treatment in the Netherlands is covered by health insurance. However, much more is needed.

This includes programs for children and families, sports and physical activity, mental support, distraction and well-being initiatives, and the ongoing search for even better treatments. These essential elements are not automatically funded.

Significant financial support is required to make this possible. That is where the Foundation plays a crucial role.
